How long will it take you to get my community set up?

We make every effort to get your community activated within 72 hours.  Most of the time, we'll have you up and running within an hour from receiving all the necessary community information including contact information, images of the community, logo, reservation schedules, integration credentials, and admin users.  As soon as we activate your community, you will have the ability to add users, activities, meals, media, and more.  From there, it's up to you how quickly you want to roll it out to residents, family members, and staff.

We offer three different plans, Essentials (free-forever), Pro ($499/month/community) and Enterprise (varies based on your specific situation). The best part about our pricing is that there are no limits on the number of users and, for Pro and Enterprise subscribers, all of the new features we develop are added to your plan at no additional cost. We hate getting "nickel and dimed" and we promise not to do it to you.

What kinds of surveys can I create with Quiltt?

Quiltt Surveys are designed to be quick and easy to maximize participation. No one really wants to spend 5 minutes answering survey questions. Quiltt Surveys are designed to be one question 'pulse surveys'. In addition, Quiltt has simplified this feature using icon set in place of survey questions. You can choose from (1) thumbs up/down (2) star ratings, (3) mood, and (4) 0-10 Net Promoter Score scale. Simply, create your question, select the icon set, and define who can respond and when. That's it. No more complicated, drawn out surveys for people to respond to and for your team to analyze.

Can I create a survey for a select group of users or does it have to go out to all users?

Your choice. When you create a Quiltt Survey, you can select which user roles can view the survey and for how long it runs. Want to target only family members or only staff? Not a problem. For maximum impact, we recommend that you send a message through Quiltt to the same group of users notifying them of the new survey and inviting them to respond. From the Admin Portal, you can review the responses and reach out to individuals based on their responses and collect additional information as needed.
