How long will it take you to get my community set up?

We make every effort to get your community activated within 72 hours.  Most of the time, we'll have you up and running within an hour from receiving all the necessary community information including contact information, images of the community, logo, reservation schedules, integration credentials, and admin users.  As soon as we activate your community, you will have the ability to add users, activities, meals, media, and more.  From there, it's up to you how quickly you want to roll it out to residents, family members, and staff.

How much does Quiltt cost?

We offer three different plans, Essentials (free-forever), Pro ($499/month/community) and Enterprise (varies based on your specific situation). The best part about our pricing is that there are no limits on the number of users and, for Pro and Enterprise subscribers, all of the new features we develop are added to your plan at no additional cost. We hate getting "nickel and dimed" and we promise not to do it to you.

Where will I get trained to use the system and who will train my staff?

We're no longer doing window visits, can we set up reservations for something else?

Yes. Reservations can be configured for anything you want. For example, our partners are using the reservations feature for everything from in facility visits, special events, and transportation. Quiltt's reservation feature is very flexible allowing you to define start and stop times, duration of reservation slots, gaps between the slots, number of people allowed in any slot, maximum number of people in each party, and even how many active reservations an individual can hold at any time. In addition, if you want individuals to sign a waiver this can be added as a required step before users can confirm their reservation. Finally, if you want to restrict access to reservations to select roles (e.g. family or staff), Quiltt let you to that as well.

How can I see who has booked a reservation?

Reservations that have been booked are visible in the Admin Portal and a special 'check-in' section in the mobile app that is accessible only to staff. Giving all of your staff the ability to see the upcoming reservation schedules helps with planning ensuring a better experience for all involved and a sure way to increase resident engagement.
